A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident on Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 1:15 a.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center regarding a man who was refusing to leave the hospital. The report said staff had asked the suspect to leave multiple times and he refused. The man said he didn’t receive the care he desired. When officers spoke to the 21-year old suspect he continued to refuse to leave.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,250 bail.
