WOMAN JAILED FOLLOWING DISTURBANCE

A Roseburg woman was jailed following a disturbance on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 2:10 p.m. 39-year old Lacey Mulholland allegedly reached into a vehicle in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and grabbed a phone out of a juvenile’s hands. The report said the woman started to walk away with the phone but was confronted by the juvenile’s mother. Mulholland allegedly grabbed the woman by her hair and pulled her to the ground. During this part of the altercation, the suspect reportedly pulled two of the woman’s earrings out, which were lost.

The report said before this occurred, Mulholland had also scattered trash on the ground to the west of a parking lot of a business.

Charges included second-degree counts of robbery, theft, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, for unlawful entry into a vehicle, harassment and offensive littering. Bail was set at $72,500.
