Roseburg Police cited a woman for drinking in public on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 4:50 p.m. officers responded to Fir Grove Park in the 500 block of Stewart Park Drive after witnesses allegedly watched two transients drinking from a whiskey bottle. One of the transients was gone when officers arrived. The 41-year old was still in the park, sitting next to the half full bottle of alcohol.

She was released after being cited.
