COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 2,460, as of Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 888 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, raising the state total to 174,501.

The new cases include:

*161 in Multnomah County

*103 in Washington County

*96 in Clackamas County

*94 in Deschutes County

*79 in Marion County

*75 in Lane County

*58 in Jackson County

*45 in Klamath County

*37 in Linn County

*17 in Yamhill County

*16 in Douglas County

*15 in Umatilla County

*13 in Josephine County

*12 in Polk County

*10 in Crook County

*8 in Clatsop County

*7 each in Benton and Columbia counties

*6 each in Baker and Jefferson counties

*5 in Lincoln County

*4 in Tillamook County

*3 in Wasco County

*2 each in Coos, Curry, Grant and Malheur counties

*1 each in Gilliam, Harney and Morrow counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 58 to 68. 2 lived in Multnomah County and 1 lived in Yamhill County.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 200, which is 1 more than on Friday. There are 47 new COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 5 fewer than on Friday.

OHA reported that 44,308 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 27,728 doses were administered on Friday. 16,580 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine day on Friday.
