MAN JAILED FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF INCIDENT SUNDAY

A Roseburg man was jailed for an alleged criminal mischief incident, by Roseburg Police on Sunday.

A report from Roseburg Police said about 8:20 p.m. 25-year old Alek Caporale allegedly destroyed several items in the apartment of a family member in the 3000 block of West Godeck. The man also reportedly broke a window in the residence and several of the broken items into a parking lot. The report said his behavior caused a great deal of alarm.

The report said the man had allegedly not slept in a few days, due to methamphetamine use. He was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and for offensive littering.

Caporale was detained on $10,000 bail.
