Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged harassment incident on Saturday night.

An RPD report said at 9:40 p.m. officers contacted the 58-year-old in the 100 block of Northpark Lane after he had allegedly punched a victim while that person was walking his dog. The suspect was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for self-inflicted injuries. He was cited for harassment before being released.
