Roseburg High School Theatre presents Wizard of Oz! running February 26th-28th.

RHS Theatre teacher Christina Moroney said the show is the result of months of hard work and new learning for students and teachers alike. She said students have learned how to use technology, rig up their own DIY greenscreens, and record themselves, so the editing team could put together a 100 percent virtual musical.

Friday night February 26th at 8:00 p.m., there will be a special YouTube Live Q&A session with the cast and crew. Viewers can ask questions or just listen to what the team has to say about the unique situation of putting together theatre this way.

Moroney said the show is “on-demand”, so once a ticket is purchased, the production can be watched throughout the weekend and from anywhere in the world. It is also being presented as a “name your own price” show, with a $5 minimum. All proceeds to the RHS theater department.
