WOMAN JAILED IN ALLEGED FRAUD CASE

A Roseburg woman was jailed in an alleged fraud case.

A report from Roseburg Police said Thursday morning just after 7:30 a.m. officers responded to the Super 8 Motel on Aviation after employees reported that a woman was using a credit card and Oregon driver license that did not belong to her. 37-year old Ashley Banks was contacted and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft, computer crime and for a parole violation.

Banks was detained without bail.
