COVID-19 CLAIMS 1 MORE LIFE, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 730 AS OF SUNDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 1 more life, raising the state’s death toll to 730, as of Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 874 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, raising the state total to 50,448. The new cases include:

*216 in Multnomah County

*127 in Clackamas County

*112 in Marion County

*104 in Washington County

*67 in Jackson County

*47 in Lane County

*27 in Umatilla County

*23 in Deschutes County

*22 in Yamhill County

*17 in Polk County

*15 in Douglas County

*13 in Malheur County

*9 each in Josephine and Union counties

*8 in Morrow County

*6 each in Columbia, Hood River and Klamath counties

*5 each in Benton, Clatsop, Grant, and Linn counties

*4 in Coos County

*2 in Curry County

*1 each in Crook, Harney, Jefferson, Tillamook, Wallowa, and Wasco counties

Oregon’s 730th COVID-19 death is an 82-year old man in Washington County who tested positive on October 19th and died on November 5th at his residence. He had underlying conditions, according to the OHA.
