Three people were cited underneath the Washington Street Bridge in Roseburg early Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 12:15 a.m. two men and one woman were contacted as they were camping along the bike path. A 68-year old man was cited for second degree criminal trespass as he was on his third warning for being excluded from the downtown area. He was taken to jail but was released later in the day. A 48-year old man and a 38-year old woman were cited for prohibited camping and then  released from custody.
