PICKUP GOES DOWN EMBANKMENT

A driver declined medical treatment when his pickup went down an embankment on Tuesday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 10:15 p.m. the 27-year old man was headed north into Roseburg in the 3900 block of Lookingglass Road when his vehicle left the roadway on the eastside and hit some caution signs. The report said while in the soft shoulder of the roadway he overcorrected, sending him off the west side of the road and down about twelve feet.
His vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
