Three men were cited for second degree criminal trespass in separate incidents on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 9:45 a.m. a 30-year old man was found sleeping in a car on property in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. He had been told to leave the previous day by maintenance staff. He was released after being cited.
Just before 1:00 p.m. a 42-year old man was found loitering on the Elks Lodge property on Southeast Jackson. This location is posted for no trespassing, according to police.
At 1:00 p.m. a 51-year old transient was found in the stairway at the overpark on Southeast Rose, where he was allegedly consuming alcohol. This location is posted for no trespassing, according to the report. The man was released after being cited.
