Oregon 230 between Union Creek and Diamond Lake reopened on Tuesday.
Gary Leaming of the Oregon Department of Transportation said the highway had been closed since Sunday January 12th when a winter storm brought heavy snow and downed trees to the High Cascades area.
Leaming said crews experienced warmer weather over the weekend and on Monday, which allowed safer conditions to remove downed trees and groom the highway. Ten inches of snow fell in the area on Tuesday but crews kept the road plowed and ready for traffic.
Oregon 230 is also known as the West Diamond Lake Highway. It connects the Rogue Valley and Bend areas.
