Roseburg Police charged a woman with unauthorized use of a vehicle on Sunday night.

An RPD report said 24-year-old Mikayla Wisbey allegedly unlawfully entered a victim’s pickup truck and intentionally poured soda onto the seats. Wisbey also reportedly broke a pair of sunglasses in the vehicle. Officers contacted the suspect who admitted to the crimes.

Wisbey was also charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. She was detained on $18,750 bail.
