A pair of transients were cited for prohibited camping and offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Monday morning.
The RPD report said at about 8:50 a.m. the 35-year old woman and 39-year old man were found asleep inside a tent at Micelli Park. The report said they had numerous articles of trash surrounding the tent.
They were released after the citation was issued.
