The Coos Forest Protective Association is asking residents to think fire prevention over the holiday weekend.

Public use restrictions will be at high until conditions change, so those recreating should know what is allowed and what is not. Go to: www.coosfpa.net for more information. Residents should make sure any landowner or agency whose land they plan to be on, is open to the public. Check for additional restrictions they may have as well.
