In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Henry Goes Wine is happening on Saturday!

This year the vineyard is celebrating its 50th year growing grapes on its land in Umpqua.

The celebration takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the winery on Hubbard Creek Road. Entertainment includes:

*We’re Not Elvis at 12:00 p.m.

*That Other Band at 3:00 p.m.

*Aulani Hula Halau at 6:00 p.m.

*Ty Curtis at 7:00 p.m.

The event includes summer market booths, an ambassador animal from Wildlife Safari, winery tour and special bottle signing from Scott Henry III, horseshoe tournament, salsa contest, face painting, petting zoo, bouncy houses and more. Food will be available from Thunders’truck BBQ and Fisherman’s Gotto Seafood.

‘Admission is $20 for adults and $5 for kids age 5-20. VIP reserved seating is $25.
