A woman was taken to the hospital following a single vehicle wreck on Monday.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 3:30 p.m. a car failed to negotiate a curve while traveling eastbound on Highway 138E, just east of Glide. The vehicle rolled and came to rest in a ditch. The driver was extricated from her car and suffered non-life- threatening injuries. She was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center via ambulance where she was treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson.

The vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
