OAKS IN THE UMPQUA WORKSHOP IN JUNE

The Oregon State University Extension Service and Umpqua Oak Partnership encourage landowners to attend the two-day Oaks in the Umpqua workshop in June.

The field tour will take place at Mildred Kanipe Memorial Park in Oakland on June 23rd from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Presentations will take place at Phoenix Charter School on Friday June 24th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Oaks in the Umpqua is for current and prospective oak habitat landowners and managers. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with and learn from experts on oak and oak-related topics.

The cost to participate is $10 for one day or $15 for both. Scholarships are available.
