A woman was jailed and a man was cited following an alleged harassment incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:10 p.m. the pair were involved in a physical disturbance in the 200 block of Northeast Chestnut. They allegedly shoved each other and the woman reportedly struck the man in the back of the head several times with her fist. The woman also had a warrant charging her with contempt of court.

The woman was charged with harassment and for the warrant. Bail was set at $12,500. She was released later in the day. The man was cited for harassment and was released on the scene.
