A Roseburg man was jailed following a disturbance on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 10:00 p.m. the 39-year old allegedly caused a verbal disturbance at a victim’s house in the 1800 block of Northeast Klamath Avenue before leaving on foot. The suspect was found shirtless and talking nonsense at the corner of Northeast Commercial and Northeast Casper.

The report said the man ran away from officers and tried to enter a locked business building when he was confronted. He gave up when tasers were pointed at him. The suspect was held for a parole violation and detained without bail.
