The deadline to register to vote or change voter registration information ahead of the May Primary Election is Tuesday.

Douglas County Clerk Daniel Loomis said changes must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Loomis said voter registration is available through the Secretary of State’s Office. The secure site allows residents to verify their current voter registration status, enter a change of address, change of incorrect information, update the registration with name or party affiliation changes, or fill out a new voter registration card.
