Roseburg Police cited a transient for littering near a waterway on Friday.

An RPD report said at about 12:00 p.m. the 60-year old woman was contacted at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Her motorhome was allegedly leaking liquid sewage onto the asphalt, which was about fifty feet from the edge of the water.

The report said this is the second time where her vehicle was leaking sewage, with the last time being in Stewart Park. She was also cited for third-degree criminal mischief and was instructed to remove her vehicle from the park.
