Roseburg Police jailed a man and charged him with second-degree criminal trespass following an incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 7:30 a.m. the 39-year old was contacted on the front porch of a residence in the 200 block of Southeast Rifle Range Road. The resident said the suspect had refused to leave the property.

Bail was set at $1,250.
