Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged harassment and criminal mischief on Sunday.

The RPD report said at 8:15 p.m. 39-year old Kevin Rhoden allegedly threw the lid to a frying pan at the victim, which hit her in the shoulder at an incident in the 1300 block of Southeast Mill Street. Rhoden was reportedly very intoxicated and was initially uncooperative but was ultimately detained. As he was being admitted to the jail, the victim reported that Rhoden had bent her door frame by kicking it multiple times and had stolen her Ring video camera prior to creating the disturbance.

Rhoden was charged with harassment and second-degree counts of criminal mischief and theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
