The Roseburg Lion’s Club is selling See’s Candy for Easter to raise funds for the club’s community projects.

A release said this year all the profits will be donated to the Santa Sleigh Program to help school children receive gifts and clothes at Christmas time.

Sales continue through April 16th, or until the candy sells out. The Lion’s bright yellow trailer is in the northwest corner of the Sherm’s Thunderbird parking lot off Northwest Stewart Parkway in Roseburg. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

While shopping for candy, the public is also welcome to bring their used eyeglasses to the candy trailer. Donated used eyeglasses can bring the gift of sight to the less fortunate.
