A Sutherlin man was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident early Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 1:40 a.m. the 31-year old was inside a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard yelling loudly, letting his dog run around unleashed, standing on the bar and swinging from the rafters.

Staff and patrons reportedly found his behavior alarming. The suspect was taken into custody while his dog was transported to Saving Grace Pet Adoption Center. He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500. The man was released later in the morning.
