A man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday.

A report from the Sutherlin Police Department said at 10:50 a.m. the 18-year old was found asleep in front of the library in the 200 block of East Central, even though he has been trespassed from that location. The report said surrounding the suspect was a partial 6 pack of beer, loose marijuana, and 2 marijuana pipes.

The beer was destroyed, the marijuana and the pipes were gathered as evidence and the man was taken to Corrections. He was detained on $1,250 bail.
