Roseburg Police charged a man with an alleged February incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. contact was made with the 18-year old in the 1000 block of Southeast Pine Street. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief for allegedly breaking the windshield of a victim on February 15th. He was also held for a warrant.
