COVID-19 CLAIMS 34 MORE LIVES, STATES DEATH TOLL AT 6,709, AS OF FRIDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 34 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,709, as of Friday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 741 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 696,715.

The new cases include:

*169 in Multnomah County

*77 in Lane County

*75 in Washington County

*67 in Jackson County
