Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant after an incident in the downtown area on Thursday night.

The RPD report said at 5:00 p.m. the suspect was contacted for yelling and standing in the middle of the street in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was detained without bail.
