A transient was cited for a failure to appear warrant on Tuesday.

The Roseburg Police report said at about 11:00 a.m. the 31-year old was contacted in a parking lot in the 700 block of Northeast Garden Valley. The suspect had allegedly been involved in a verbal disturbance at a nearby business.

The fugitive was cited and released for his warrant.
