City of Roseburg buildings will be closed on Monday for Presidents Day.

A release said that means Roseburg City Hall, the Roseburg Public Safety Center, Roseburg Public Library and other City buildings will not be open. Police and firefighters will continue to provide public safety throughout the holiday.

Lobbies at City Hall on Southeast Douglas Avenue and at the Public Safety Center on Southeast Douglas Avenue are normally open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Library hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

During the pandemic, residents and others doing business with the City are encouraged to do so by mail, phone, or online whenever possible.
