3 people were cited and charged with offensive littering on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 2:00 p.m. the trio were contacted at their camp in the Gaddis Park parking lot of Northwest Highland Street. There was a very large amount of debris and trash scattered around the area.

The report said the trio, ranging in age from 38 to 55 were all given citations and instructed to clean up their camp, which ironically was connected to a large empty trash dumpster.
