EMERGENCY POWER OUTAGE IN TENMILE AREA

The Douglas Electric Cooperative has an emergency power outage that began Tuesday at approximately 9:30 a.m.

Assistant General Manager Phil Bigler told News Radio 1240 KQEN that the outage is taking place to repair a pole that was hit by a vehicle in the Tenmile area. The outage is affecting approximately 600 members and will last between 2 and 3 hours. Members affected are those that live along Highway 42 from Tenmile to Camas as well as those that live off of Tenmile Valley Road, Sibold Canyon Road, Reston Road and surrounding areas.
