A Winston woman was jailed following an alleged trespassing incident by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday.

A DCSO report said at 3:45 p.m. a victim reported a woman was trespassing on his property in the 900 block of Winston Section Road and damaging his fence. The suspect was detained without incident

The report said there was damage to the fence and there were no trespassing signs posted. The suspect also had an active warrant for her arrest.

43-year old Christy Allen was held for second degree counts of trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, the warrant and for a parole violation. Allen was detained without bail.
