An 11-year old female was cited for unlawful use of a stun gun by Roseburg Police on Thursday.

The RPD report said on Wednesday night at about 8:20 p.m. the female allegedly used an electric stun gun on a 10-year old male victim while at a football game at Joseph Lane Middle School on Northeast Vine Street. The report said the incident appeared to be unprovoked.

The female was released to a parent after the citation was issued.
