Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged vandalism incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. an investigation of littering, urinating and trespassing on the stoop of the Elks Lodge on Southeast Jackson, resulted in a 59-year old Eugene man being identified as one of the suspects. The man was found a few blocks away and identified from witness descriptions.

The suspect was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief and was released.
