A Roseburg woman was jailed following an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 9:30 a.m. the 26-year old allegedly stole $145 worth of signs from Roseburg High School and transported them to Eagles Park, where the officer contacted her. The report said once the officer tried to take her into custody, she resisted, but was eventually detained.

The suspect was held for second-degree theft and for resisting arrest. Bail was set at $12,500.
