COVID-19 has claimed no more lives, with the state’s death toll remaining at 2,763, as of Monday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 87 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 208,222. The new cases include:
*17 in Lane County
*11 each in Clackamas and Multnomah counties
*10 in Linn County
*6 in Douglas County
*5 each in Columbia, Deschutes, and Josephine counties
*4 in Jefferson County
*3 in Yamhill County
*2 each in Clatsop, Tillamook and Union counties
*1 each in Crook, Harney, Hood River, and Morrow counties
OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 160, which is 17 more than on Sunday. There are 39 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 1 more than on Sunday.
OHA reported that 2,712 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 1,643 were administered on Sunday. 1,069 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine registry on Sunday.
