A Winston Church will be open as a cooling center on Sunday.

Pastor Jerry Smart said the Foursquare Gospel Center at 540 Southeast Main will offer an air-conditioned building and bottled water for anyone seeking relief from the heat between 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
