COVID-19 has claimed 1 more life, raising the state’s death toll to 2,757, as of Tuesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 267 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 207,105. The new cases include:

*31 in Washington County

*25 each in Marion and Multnomah counties

*22 in Clackamas County

*18 each in Lane and Umatilla counties

*14 in Jackson County

*12 each in Douglas, Baker. Josephine and Polk counties

*10 each in Curry and Linn counties

*9 in Deschutes County

*6 in Malheur County

*4 each in Lincoln and Yamhill counties

*3 in Sherman County

*2 each in Clatsop, Columbia, Klamath, and Union counties

*1 each in Coos, Gilliam, Grant, Hood River, Jefferson, Lake, Morrow, and Wasco counties

The new death was a 55-year old woman from Washington County

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 146, which is 2 more than on Monday. There are 35 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 1 fewer than on Monday.

OHA reported that 9,296 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 4,708 doses were administered on Monday. 4,588 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine registry on Monday.
