Grants Pass based Dutch Bros Incorporated has filed a draft registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial price offering of its common stock.

A company release said the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The initial public offering would potentially take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.

The company’s website said Dutch Bros was founded in 1992 by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma, who wanted to branch out after three generations in the dairy business. Dane Boersma passed away from Lou Gehrig’s disease in 2009.

Dutch Bros now operates around 470 stores in 11 states. It has 7 locations in Douglas County.
