A Redmond man was jailed following an alleged DUII crash on Thursday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 11:50 a.m. 42-year old Mitchell Mitchell was arrested after crashing his vehicle on Eagle Valley Road in the Yoncalla area. The report said the man was found to be and admitted to be drinking alcohol and driving. Mitchell refused field sobriety tests and to provide a breath sample.

Charges included felony DUII, recklessly endangering, reckless driving, first degree criminal mischief, and for providing false information to a police officer. Bail was set at $178,750.
