A Roseburg man was jailed Thursday after calling 911 and telling dispatchers that he was on methamphetamine and stuck in the bathroom of a business in the 900 block of West Harvard.

A report from Roseburg Police said the 23-year old made the call at about 8:00 p.m. He also allegedly broke off the door frame of the bathroom. The suspect was charged with second degree criminal mischief and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
