Roseburg Police jailed a man on drug charges and for warrants, on Thursday.
An RPD report said at 2:50 a.m.an officer contacted a suspicious man that appeared to be looking around appliances and cars near a second hand store in the 1000 block of Southeast Stephens.
Officers contacted 34-year old Cody Vanwyck and learned he had two warrants. Vanwyck was taken into custody. A subsequent investigation ensued and Vanwyck was allegedly found in possession of approximately ten grams of pre-packaged methamphetamine. The report said the suspect also had a scale and other items that indicated drug dealing.
Vanwyck was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine and for the warrants. Bail was set at $150,820.
