A vehicle wrecked when the driver swerved on Wednesday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 8:40 p.m. the driver was southbound in the 12,000 block of Old Pacific Highway in Myrtle Creek. The woman said she “saw a cat or muskrat or something” and tried to avoid it. Her sedan ended up in a ditch and airbags were deployed.

The driver was not injured. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
