A Roseburg man was cited in an alleged criminal mischief incident on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:30 p.m. the 59-year old was observed drawing on a retaining wall in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. He was later found and cited for second degree criminal mischief and then released.
