Medford reached 96 degrees, but that was not a record.

A big change is coming starting late Friday night. Heavy rain is expected, which will continue through Saturday. High temperatures are forecast to only be in the mid-50s on Saturday. There is a slight chance of showers on Sunday with sunshine later in the day and a high of 71.
