DINT JAILS TWO ON DRUG, WARRANT CHARGES

Detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team jailed two people for drug and warrant charges on Wednesday.
Lieutenant Rick McArthur of DINT said in the late evening hours they executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Southeast Gregory in Winston. McArthur said DINT had generated information indicating drug possession and sales at the residence. Detectives found only a small amount of both methamphetamine and heroin, but also found a large amount of cash, drug scales, drug packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia.
28-year old Brandi Baker of Winston was held for several warrants that were out for her arrest. McArthur said she had a local warrant, a state parole warrant, as well as warrants from Lane and Marion counties. She is also being charged with unlawful possession of both meth and heroin based on items found during the search of the residence.
32-year old Michael Baker-Guererro of Roseburg, was arrested on several outstanding warrants
Both were detained without bail in the Douglas County Jail.
